From the 27^th to the 29^th of March the Global Young Greens hosted their third international congress in Dakar, Senegal – just a few days before the Global Greens held theirs. The congress, held every 3 years, is a chance for youth to collaborate, mingle, and share experiences.

There is more than a verbal tie between the words common, community, and communication.... The “Preventing Criminal Electronic Communications Act” represents one of the greatest attempts at limiting Canadians' right to privacy guaranteed in the Charter. The bill will allow police to access a person’s name, address, telephone, email addresses and IP address of their computer upon written request to their Internet Service Provider (ISP). In the right circumstances, this information can be an invaluable tool for law enforcement.
